Commitment

We aim to provide an inclusive experience on our marketing website by following recognized accessibility guidelines, fixing reported barriers where feasible, and responding thoughtfully to accessibility feedback.

Conformance status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. HarborByte targets WCAG 2.2 Level AA as the conformance level for mastheadcms.com.

Conformance assessment: mastheadcms.com is evaluated periodically through automated checks and manual spot reviews. At publication of this statement, we consider the site partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA because some third-party embedded content and evolving UI patterns may not meet every success criterion at all times.

Scope

This statement applies to public pages at mastheadcms.com served through our primary marketing deployment. It does not apply to customer-controlled publisher sites hosted on Masthead CMS unless separately agreed.

Third-party services integrated into mastheadcms.com (such as analytics scripts or marketing automation embeds) are governed by their vendors’ accessibility practices and may introduce conformance gaps outside our direct control.

Measures we take

  • Semantic HTML landmarks such as header, main navigation, main content, and footer where applicable.
  • Keyboard navigable interactive components for components we author directly.
  • Visible focus styles on primary interactive elements.
  • Text alternatives for informative images and decorative handling where identified.
  • Responsive layouts that respect user zoom preferences.
  • Ongoing reviews when launching new templates or marketing sections.

Known limitations

  • Third-party embeds. Scripts or widgets loaded by analytics or marketing platforms may not expose full semantics or keyboard support.
  • Rich visual marketing content. Some illustrative graphics prioritize brand presentation; we continue to improve alternative text and contrast where needed.
  • Dynamic experiments. A/B tests or feature flags may temporarily introduce inconsistencies.

When we identify specific barriers with reproduction steps, we prioritize remediation according to severity and engineering capacity.

Feedback and assistance

If you encounter an accessibility barrier on mastheadcms.com or need information in an alternative format, email [email protected]. Include the page URL, a short description of the issue, and your preferred contact method. We aim to respond within ten business days for accessibility-related requests.

Formal complaints

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate concerns through regulators or enforcement bodies applicable in your jurisdiction where available.
